Process Description
1. Lime Slurry
To put certain amount water to the dosing pool, start the agitator,slowly add calcium hydroxide and stop until certain amount, fully mixing after a while, take the same and after qualified testing, pump to the lime slurry mid tank.
2. 1st time reaction
To pump a certain amount mother liquid to the the 1st reactor, start the agitator, pump a certain amount liquid soda,  control the temp of the reactor and then release the chlorine, to control the the reaction temp at a certain range by the circulating water, until the reaction comes to a certain time, take the sample for testing, testing qualified means the reaction is over, stop the chlorine gas, close the circulating water.
3. Centrifuge
To put 1st time reacted material into the centrifuge, the liquid from the centrifuge goes to the settling tank, then transfered to the doing tank, the salt from the centrifuge goes to the warehouse.
4. The 2nd time reaction
To put certain amount mother liquid to the 1st time reaction reactor,start the agitator, pump certain amount lime slurry, turn on the hot water, control the reactor temp and keep the temp for a certain time and then close the hot water, release the chlorine, to control the reaction temp. at a certain range through the circulating water, when the reaction comes to the end stop the chlorine, close the circulating water, pump the reaction liquid to the high level tank.
5. Centrifuge
When the dosing tank has the 1st time reaction liquid, to put the 2nd time reaction material into the centrifuge from the high level tank, the bleaching liquid goes to the storage pool for sale, the solid goes to the dosing tank and mix with the liquid from the next step.
6. The 3rd time reaction
To pump certain amount to the 1st time reactor, start the agitator,add certain amount process water, turn on the chilling water, control the reactor temp then release the chlorine, to maintain the reaction temp at a certain range, when the reaction comes to the end, stop the chlorine, close the circulating water, after testing qualified, pump the reaction liquid to the 3rd time reaction liquid pool.
7. Centrifugal and drying
To pump the 3rd time reaction liquid to the return tank, and automatically goes to the centrifuge, the mother liquid goes to the mother liquid tank, the solid will transfered to the drying mixer by the screw and mix with the powder from the bag dust collector, then goes to the flash dryer, adjust the drying process temp and air amount, the solid from the cyclone seperator goes to the press roller by the screw, then goes to the breaking machine, and then selected by the shaking mesh, the qualified product will be packed, the unqualified goods return to the press roller for granulating process again. The drying tail gas is transferred to the tail gas absorb tower and absorbed by the circulating sprayed water, when the absorbed liquid comes to a certain concentration transferred to the mother liquid pool for use again. The production tail gas goes to the tail gas tower, when the liquid comes to a certain concentration then transferred to the mother liquid pool.
The reaction formula:
2Ca(OH)2 + 2Cl2 = Ca(ClO)2 + CaCl2 + 2H2O
2NaOH + Cl2=NaClO+NaCl+H2O
CaCl2 + 2NaClO= Ca(ClO)2+2NaCl
